Delivery charges

Delivery charge shall be borne by us for domestic delivery.

For Return of the product, Delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on location of the buyer. Generally Product shall be delivered within 3-10 working days. However we do not commit any specified time of successful delivery. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Whether the buyer location can be serviced or not depends on

• Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
• The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At any time Herbalyte prefers not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

I need to return an item, how do I return it?

Returns are easy. Email us at cc@herbalyte.fit with actual footage of the returnable product. Courier the product at our address. Courier charges for returning product shall be borne by the buyer.
